We are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant Manager to join our campus catering team. This role will be responsible for overseeing VIP and high-profile guest events. It's an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team with a fantastic culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coach, and train unit employees, including students, unions, and student managers.
  • Implement and uphold operational procedures and programs for catering operations and events.
  • Conduct or delegate daily pre-service meetings, line checks, station inspections, and table visits.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s degree or higher in food service or a related field (equivalent experience may substitute).
  • At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a similar catering or food service setting.
  • Experience in high-volume, upscale, or resort catering is preferred.
  • Must have experience working with high-end clientele and maintain a polished, professional demeanor.
