Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality food preparation, efficient menu execution, and exceptional customer service while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the unit manager in overseeing food production systems and operational efficiency.
- Supervise, coach, and train unit employees, including students, unions, and student managers.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or higher in food service or a related field.
- At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a similar food service operation.
- Experience in a high-volume food service setting is preferred.
- American Culinary Federation – Certified Chef de Cuisine (ACF – CEC) completed or in progress.
- ServSafe Certification required.
