Project Manager – Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up construction projects in the multi-family, senior living, and K-12 sectors. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Project Manager Benefits:

Project Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of project execution, from pre-construction to closeout
Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
Ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
Lead teams through effective communication and collaboration
Utilize project management software such as MS Project & Viewpoint
Navigate self-performed work in concrete, carpentry, and structural trades

Project Manager Qualifications:

5-10+ years of experience managing $35M+ projects
Background in multi-family, senior living, or K-12 construction
Strong knowledge of self-performed work (not development-only backgrounds)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
