We’re an exciting, fast-casual restaurant that’s growing quickly — and we’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to help lead our Rockford team. If you love great food, leading by example, and making a real impact every day, this is the job for you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead daily operations and support the General Manager
  • Build and develop an awesome team
  • Drive sales and deliver amazing guest experiences
  • Get involved in the community
  • Be hands-on and lead from the front — every shift

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Solid job history (no more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years)
  • Strong people skills and a passion for great service
  • Positive, energetic, and ready to grow with us
