CNC Programmer Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of CAD/CAM (Solidworks) experience
- CNC Large Equipment Machinist experience (milling, drilling, and lathe)
- Technical Degree in related field preferred
- Read & interpret blueprints and work order routings
- Proficiency in MasterCam preferred
- Standard controllers: Fanuc, Siemens & Heidenhain
CNC Programmer Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage: $32/hour-$38/hour
- Insurance starts at 30 days
- Immediate holiday pay
- PTO within 6 months of employment
- 401K
- Profit Sharing Bonus! (cash/deposited into your 401K)
