We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our senior living community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth. This role requires a motivated individual who thrives on building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral sources while delivering outstanding customer service.

- Competitive base salary of $80K-$100K plus commission and bonus opportunities. (Last year commission was $25K but there is room for growth)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to achieve occupancy goals.
- Generate leads through networking, community outreach, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct tours of the community for prospective residents and their families, highlighting amenities and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, such as healthcare professionals and local organizations.
- Effectively manage the CRM system to track prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and corporate marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Train and mentor the sales team (if applicable) to enhance performance and customer engagement.
- Host and participate in community events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to senior living sales.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or real estate.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-touch, relationship-driven industry.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a compassionate and persuasive approach.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales progress.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with leadership, care teams, and corporate marketing.
