Join a leader in school bus manufacturing focused on safety, quality, and cleaner energy solutions. We’re looking for a Production Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production processes and support engineering changes across our operations.

Senior Production Manufacturing Engineer – What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support for production lines (tooling, labor standards, material structure)
  • Review design changes via the PLM system and assess manufacturing impacts
  • Implement process improvements using SPC, PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis
  • Develop business cases and write AFEs for funding procurement
  • Work within an ISO 9000 quality system and produce compliant documentation

Production Manufacturing Engineer – What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of manufacturing experience (automotive experience preferred)
  • Ability to read engineering prints and understand bus/chassis assembly
  • Strong project management, planning, organization, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, including Project
