We are looking for a General Manager to lead our restaurant team. We're a growing, fast food brand looking to add to the leadership team!
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day operations of the restaurant
- Strong Leadership skills: mentor and develop team
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Meet brand standards
General Manager Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in a General Manager position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding leadership skills: takes initiative, self-starter, problem-solving skills
- Strong administrative/financial skills
