Social Media Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about sports, retail, and digital marketing? We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to elevate our online presence, engage with our community, and enhance brand awareness. If you have a background in sports, retail, and social media advertising, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Create and implement a social media plan to increase engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Design, schedule, and manage original content, including photos, videos, graphics, and stories, to showcase our products, events, and community.
  • Event Promotion: Drive participation and sales by marketing races, training programs, in-store promotions, and special events.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster an authentic, engaging online presence.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep ahead of the curve.
  • Collaboration: Work with store staff and event coordinators to gather content and align messaging.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance, analyze key metrics, and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in social media management, ideally in retail or event marketing.
  • Creative Skills: Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for Running & Fitness: A strong interest in the running community and an active lifestyle is highly preferred.
  • Self-Motivated & Team-Oriented: Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced retail and event-driven environment.
