What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven success leading teams – you’ll oversee 5 direct reports and 40 employees
- A people-first leadership style focused on development, collaboration, and accountability
- Full P&L ownership and a track record of making data-driven decisions
- A strategic mindset with a commitment to continuous investment in people and operations
