Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality? Join our team as a Hotel Sales Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Sales and Events team to create seamless and memorable guest experiences!

Hotel Sales Coordinator Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Process contracts, proposals, event orders, banquet checks, and key documents for the Sales & Events team.
  • Qualify and manage new sales leads, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
  • Answer calls, assist guests, and maintain strong relationships to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
  • Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.

Hotel Sales Coordinator Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, events, or hospitality.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Marriott CI/TY, MARSHA, or Opera preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Marriott background is a must.
