Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality? Join our team as a Hotel Sales Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in supporting our Sales and Events team to create seamless and memorable guest experiences!

Hotel Sales Coordinator Responsibilities and Expectations

Process contracts, proposals, event orders, banquet checks, and key documents for the Sales & Events team.
Qualify and manage new sales leads, ensuring timely and professional follow-up.
Answer calls, assist guests, and maintain strong relationships to maximize revenue.
Maintain positive working relationships and collaborate with the team to achieve goals.
Perform administrative tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.
Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods.

Hotel Sales Coordinator Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in sales, events, or hospitality.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) and knowledge of Marriott CI/TY, MARSHA, or Opera preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Marriott background is a must.
