Your Role:
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with efficiency and excellence
Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
Maintain food safety, quality, and operational standards

What You Bring:
Culinary degree preferred
3+ years of full-service kitchen management (scratch kitchen experience is a plus)
Strong food safety knowledge and compliance focus
Hands-on leadership and team development skills
