Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for an opportunity to lead, mentor, and make an impact in the AEC industry? We're looking for a Professional Engineer (PE) to join our team in Sioux Falls or Brookings, SD.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Design and specify HVAC and plumbing systems for a variety of projects.
  • Develop construction plans using Revit and create detailed specifications.
  • Evaluate existing building systems and provide expert recommendations.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in the AEC field specializing in HVAC and plumbing design.
  • Proficiency in Revit for developing construction documents.
  • Experience writing construction specifications and system design.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to assess existing building systems and propose efficient solutions.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in South Dakota or the ability to obtain within 3 months.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Sioux Falls or Brookings, SD (this is not a remote position).
