We have a client in the Boston Area seeking to grow their Finance Team. The ideal candidate for the Finance Associate Role will come with revelant experience and must be local to the Boston Metro Area.

This position will be Hybrid: Onsite 3 Days/Remote 2 Days Weekly.

Finance Associate Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationship with third party administrator for the following:
  • Quarterly reporting and annual financial statement audit
  •  Review quarterly management fee and carried interest calculation
  • Cash flow management, capital calls and cash and stock distributions
  •  Review and analyze portfolio company financials in preparation for quarterly portfolio review meetings
  • Work with investment team in the preparation of quarterly portfolio company valuations
  • Work with Investor Relations in preparation of presentation materials, information posted to investor website, and fundraising documents

Finance Associate Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years in Public or Private Accounting with related experience
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with the highest attention to detail.
  •  Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • CPA or MBA preferred
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting

Finance Associate Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary 80k -85k (based on experience)
  • Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage
  • Bonus Eligibility up to 15%
  • Employee Profit Sharing Plan
