Family Law Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 4+ years of experience handling divorce and custody cases.
  • Experience as lead attorney in contested divorce & contested custody trials.
  • Proficient in all aspects of discovery and motion practices related to contested divorce and custody cases.
  • Holds a valid Ohio law license in good standing
  • Skilled in using modern electronic legal research tools and case/file management systems.
