We're seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the charge at our upscale, full-service restaurant In Tampa. You'll be at the helm of both front and back-of-house operations, cultivating a guest-first culture, driving operational excellence, and building a high-performing team. If you're a hospitality pro with a love for exceptional service and a sharp business mindset, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If:
- You have 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role in a full-service or fine dining setting
- You lead with professionalism, positivity, and a hands-on style
- You’re skilled in managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- You balance a passion for guest satisfaction with strong financial acumen
- You have excellent communication and team-building skills
- You’re experienced in hiring, training, scheduling, and mentoring staff
- You’re confident with budgeting, P&L analysis, and compliance standards
