General Manager Requirements:
- Minimum two years experience as a GM or 4 years as an AGM, strong back of house experience preferred
- Lead by example, wear all the hats
- Goal oriented and strong attention to detail
- Guest-first mentality at all times
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop staff and subordinate managers
- Maintain accurate inventory management
- Work within budgets and P&L standards
- Foster positivity and accountability
