Join Our Team and Lead with Excellence!

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects, lead and mentor teams, and ensure every client receives a 5-star experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Coach: Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Project Managers and manage 3–5 Field Supervisors.
  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure every project meets our high standards and earns a 5-star Google review.
  • Project Planning: Measure project sites, order materials, and coordinate timely deliveries.
  • Warehouse Management: Organize and label incoming shipments, ensuring all materials are sorted and accounted for prior to installation.
  • Client Communication: Over-communicate with clients and install teams, including providing detailed schedules one week before project start dates.
  • Field Oversight: Coordinate day-to-day field work, ensuring compliance with safety codes, project scope, and profitability goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Inspect project completion and provide feedback to leadership and teammates.
  • Team Recruitment: Recruit and manage installer teams, including both 1099 contractors and W-2 employees.
  • Collaboration: Participate actively in Operations Team meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential remodeling project management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and safely.
  • Knowledge of safety codes, ordinances, and construction best practices.
