A leading mechanical and sheet metal contractor serving Kentucky/Indiana is seeking an experienced and results-driven President to lead the company into its next phase of growth. This executive role requires strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven ability to drive profitability while maintaining a collaborative and high-performance culture.
President's Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive long-term growth
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract management
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and client partnerships
- Ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with union partners and ensure compliance
- Lead, mentor, and inspire employees across all departments
President's Qualifications:
- Executive leadership experience in mechanical, sheet metal, HVAC, or construction industries
- Proven track record managing financial operations, including P&L responsibility
- In-depth knowledge of union labor relations and contract negotiations
- Strong business development and operational leadership skills
- Excellent communication and team-building abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
