We are seeking an Executive Chef who is passionate about food, committed to excellence, and thrives in a team-oriented, guest-first culture. This position will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including seasonsal menu development, food quality, cost control, staff leadership, and execution. This individual must be both a hands-on chef and an inspiring team leader who brings energy, creativity, and precision to the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead back-of-house operations and kitchen staff
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Collaborate on seasonal menu development and specials
  • Maintain food cost, labor cost, and operational efficiency
  • Uphold sanitation and safety standards in accordance with regulations
  • Mentor and develop kitchen team members in a positive, high-performance environment
  • Support a guest-first culture with attention to hospitality and detail
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic location, including opportunities for outdoor or remote-style events

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of current/recent experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
  • Strong tenure and positive career progression on resume
  • Deep knowledge of and passion for Italian or Mediterranean cuisine
  • Hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-centric setting
  • Proven ability to manage food cost, labor, and inventory
  • Experience working in unique environments, such as remote or outdoor locations, is a plus
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
