We are seeking an Executive Chef for a renowned restaurant group in Southern California. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate, high-energy culinary leader with a track record of success in high-volume, high-quality restaurant and banquet operations. The ideal candidate will bring experience from both independent restaurants and resort or multi-unit environments with annual revenues exceeding $20 million. Executive Chef Benefits/Compensation:

Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef in an upscale, high-volume restaurant and banquet operations ($20MM+ annual revenue)
- 5+ years of progressive tenure in high-volume, upscale or fine dining restaurants
- Extensive experience managing multi-unit private events, banquets, and catering operations
- Strong leader with expertise in training and development, problem solving, financial management, organization, communication, and driving results
- Culinary degree preferred
