Our client is a well-established supply wholesaler with an amazing local and regional reputation. We are interviewing for a General Manager in Training for their MA and RI locations. This leadership role is vital to the business's success and requires the ability to travel between locations, and strong leadership skills as well as wholesale sales, warehouse, and delivery experience.

General Manager in Training Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience in wholesale preferred
- Ability to work a Monday-Friday (7 am-4 pm) schedule to include some rotating Saturday mornings
- Strong understanding of plumbing, HVAC, or heating
- Commercial warehouse inventory management expertise, including coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate and accurate product levels at all times
- Proven ability to comprehensively read and analyze P&L/Financial statements
- Strong people skills: personnel development including annual reviews, hiring, and training for the warehouse, sales, and transportation departments
- Experience ensuring efficient workflows, minimizing operating costs, and maintaining high service levels for both internal and external customers
