Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guest engagement, and fosters a positive work environment.
- Responsible for assisting with scheduling, food ordering, sales and labor reporting, and payroll processing.
- Co-facilitates the opening and closing of the restaurant, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits.
- Demonstrates an unwavering guest focus and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, empower, and motivate a team and communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Is highly organized and resourceful, can balance multiple priorities and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong learning agility with a passion to grow and excel.
Restaurant Assistant Manager Requirements:
- 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a Fast-Casual concept.
- Must have the flexibility to work various shifts- including closings, openings, and holidays as needed.
- New Restaurant Opening experience a plus!
