Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead civil construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Manage change orders, project costs, and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and teams
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in project management or similar roles
- Expertise in heavy civil construction, project budgeting, and scheduling
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, and construction software (ViewPoint, B2W)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
