Physician — Pain Management Benefits & Compensation:

  • Monday to Friday work week
  • Highly competitive compensation with productivity incentives

Physician — Pain Management Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Eligible/Certified in Pain Medicine & Anaesthesiology (or PM&R considered)
  • Minimum 1 year of post-fellowship experience
  • Active, unrestricted Arizona medical & DEA license (must be willing to obtain if medical license is out of state)
  • BLS/ACLS certification required
  • High-volume experience (40+ patients/day) using advanced procedures
