Physician — Pain Management Benefits & Compensation:
- Monday to Friday work week
- Highly competitive compensation with productivity incentives

Physician — Pain Management Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Eligible/Certified in Pain Medicine & Anaesthesiology (or PM&R considered)
- Minimum 1 year of post-fellowship experience
- Active, unrestricted Arizona medical & DEA license (must be willing to obtain if medical license is out of state)
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- High-volume experience (40+ patients/day) using advanced procedures
