Experience & Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 4–6 years of litigation experience, including trial preparation
- Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills
- Ability to manage cases independently and communicate effectively with clients
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop case strategies and oversee legal proceedings
- Handle pleadings, motions, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
- Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risk mitigation
- Negotiate settlements and engage in dispute resolution
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
