- Our venue in New York and is looking for a polished and highly skilled Assistant General Manager who understands what a premium New York experience means, to join our team. - Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities of the venue – coach and develop all direct reports and set expectations for all departments.
- Polished Leader who can forecast, coordinate, and execute – the ability to bubble information up.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
- Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.
- Assistant General Manager Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $15 million-plus in annualized sales.
- Possesses exceptional P n L knowledge to identify revenue streams, close opportunity gaps and develop the surrounding team to do the same.
- Expert in negotiating vendor contracts and getting a large project off the ground.
- Previous experience in providing guidance and oversight to eight immediate direct reports and 250+ team members.
- Assistant General Manager Benefits:
- Above-average base salary of $120 – $130K
