- 8+ years in hotel sales and marketing
- Marriott full-service Director of Sales experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive, "can-do" attitude – driven to succeed
- Relocation to Georgia
Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team providing guidance and support to achieve goals
- Develop/execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase profits
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Prepare and present sales reports/forecasts to senior management
