Are you an experienced hospitality leader with a passion for exceptional service and team success? We are seeking a dedicated Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our acclaimed, dinner-only restaurant in the heart of Charleston, South Carolina.

About the Role
As FOH Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring seamless nightly operations, motivating your team, and delivering memorable, high-touch service. You’ll help shape the guest experience from the moment they walk in the door—creating a warm, polished environment where both staff and guests thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the FOH team to deliver consistent, exceptional service.
- Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable to high standards.
- Train, mentor, and support staff to foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and positivity.
- Oversee nightly service operations with attention to detail, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of FOH management experience in an upscale or fine dining setting.
- Strong understanding of hospitality best practices, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- A proactive, hands-on leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead effective teams in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience: $65,000 – $70,000
- Five-night workweek with two consecutive days off (restaurant closed Sundays and Mondays)
