A fine dining concept is seeking a classically trained Executive Chef. If you have experience in a fast-paced fine dining environment, please send me your resume today for an immediate interview.
Executive Chef Responsibilities:
- Can lead a scratch kitchen that does $10M+ in annual volume
- Excellent at developing people, and leading large culinary teams
- Organized, inspirational and detail oriented
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Classically trained
- Proven track record in high volume fine dining environment
- Must be people oriented
