We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with upscale/fine dining and scratch cooking experience to join our culinary team!

You'll be a great fit with:

5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef
Exceptional guest relation, team building, and leadership skills
Experience in either a private club, full-service hotel, or restaurant environment
Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and creating menus on a seasonal basis
A good understanding of inventory controls, purchasing, and cost management
In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, industry trends, and best practices
