We are seeking a leader for our housekeeping department at an ultra-luxury, boutique resort in the Cayman Islands. If you have experience as a Housekeeping Manager at a 5-star, luxury hotel or resort, this may be a great opportunity for you to continue your career in an island paradise. Housekeeping Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary is income tax free

Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct housekeeping department to ensure all suites, public spaces, food and beverage outlets, spa, etc., are attended to at the highest level of quality standards
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of housekeepers and attendants
- Work collaboratively with other departments to provide exceptional guest service
Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:
- 5-plus years in a management role in an ultra-luxury hotel or resort is required, with a demonstrated commitment to loyalty and longevity in previous work experiences, ensuring stability and dedication to organizational goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OPERA
- Only candidates with Independent, boutique ultra-luxury property experience will be considered
- Experience in an island environment strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and passion for housekeeping
- Elite level communication skills
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
- Bubbly, enthusiastic hospitality personality
- Patience and ability to teach
