Join a world leader in structural fastening solutions as a Structural Product Sales Engineer. This role combines engineering expertise with business development, working with contractors, engineers, and architects to drive sales, provide technical support, and build industry relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop business opportunities with contractors, engineers, and construction firms.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide technical guidance on seismic, wind-resistant, and heavy-duty fasteners.
- Conduct onsite client visits, presentations, and industry outreach.
- Work with internal teams to refine products and explore new market opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- 3 years of experience selling to general contractors.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry and masonry.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ($125K–$150K base + 20% bonus).
- Remote flexibility with travel throughout the state of California. (Occasional travel to Canada)
