Recruiter Technical Requirements:
- 2+ years in recruitment, business, or people operations.
- Experience in technical recruiting within fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, sourcing techniques, and recruiting tools.
- Capability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Recruiter Technical Qualifications:
- Based in NYC or SF, with availability for in-office work five days a week.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and thrives in dynamic environments.
