Join Our Team as a Senior Financial Analyst at a Leading Commercial Real Estate Company in Atlanta, Georgia!

We’re looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position is perfect for candidates with strong expertise in Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Analysis. If you have a background in analyzing financial statements, performing financial projections, and reviewing data related to commercial properties, we’d love to have you on board as we continue to grow!

Senior Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial statements and identify trends to create accurate financial projections.
  • Conduct audits of CAM tax reconciliations against lease terms to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare detailed vendor service schedules, including payment terms and history.
  • Report on capital expenditure variances annually, with year-over-year comparisons.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable aging, manage bad debt expenses, and reduce daily sales outstanding (DSO).
  • Produce financial trends based on rent percentages, CAM, and tax recoveries.

Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (required).
  • CPA certification (required), CFA (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of prior audit experience (preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.

Senior Financial Analyst Benefits:
