Executive Chef – Upscale Latin Fine Dining

An upscale fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead its Latin-inspired culinary program. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a talented culinary team, showcase menu creativity, and bring authentic South American flavors to life in a scratch kitchen.

Requirements & Benefits:

  • Experienced Executive Chef in a scratch kitchen specializing in South American cuisine
  • Strong menu development, leadership, and communication skills
  • High-energy, hands-on kitchen leader; new restaurant opening experience is a plus
  • Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
  • Quarterly bonus eligibility
  • Health insurance, PTO, and dining benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily back-of-house operations and assist with menu development
  • Ensure high-quality standards and uphold company policies
  • Train, coach, and develop a strong kitchen team and culture
  • Engage with guests, staff, and leadership in a professional and approachable manner
  • Manage costs, food quality, and work closely with the GM to drive profitability
