We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of Operations to elevate our high-end hospitality and wellness brand. Director of Operations Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary: $120,000 – $130,000

- Cross-property exposure with occasional travel (5%)
Director of Operations Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Strong background in hospitality operations (country clubs or resorts preferred)
- Budgeting, KPIs, and revenue generation expertise
- Must bring corporate structure while working in a creative and entrepreneurial environment
- Hands-on leadership: Must be present and engaged, not just behind a desk
- Ability to train and oversee the General Manager and department leads
- No consulting-only backgrounds: This role requires active execution, not just strategy
- Resort and country club operations experience a plus
