We are seeking an experienced U.S. Sales Manager to join a leading manufacturer specializing in machine protection and wear solutions. This fully remote role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a sales team while traveling approximately 60% of the time. While we prefer candidates from the Midwest, we are open to qualified candidates from other regions.

U.S. Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years of industrial sales experience, specifically in the wear solutions or machine protection field (required experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing a sales team
  • Strong understanding of wear management solutions for heavy industries like mining, steel, cement, pulp & paper, and OEMs
  • Ability to engage with key decision-makers including maintenance and engineering professionals
  • Willingness to travel 60% of the time to meet client and prospect needs

U.S. Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals across the U.S.
  • Drive growth by targeting strategic accounts in industries such as heavy machinery, construction, and fabrication
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, focusing on end-users in sectors like mining, cement, steel, pulp & paper, and OEMs
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs, helping clients with wear solutions and machine protection
  • Identify new prospects and analyze existing client needs to drive sales growth
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to generate new business and strengthen customer relationships
