What You Bring:
- 3+ years of proven sales and business development experience
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Financial stability to support yourself during the industry-leading training and ramp-up phase
- Ability to thrive in a 100% commission-based role
- Willingness to obtain a real estate license in your state
