Kitchen Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and implement procedures to streamline kitchen processes.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health regulations and maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Kitchen Operations Oversight: Manage all kitchen operations, including food production, inventory control, and preparation.
- Staff Training and Supervision: Train and guide kitchen staff, fostering a supportive environment.
- Food Quality Monitoring: Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards for consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Menu Collaboration: Work with the management team to create exciting menus, specials, and promotions.
- Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a kitchen setting is essential.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Kitchen Operations Knowledge: Solid understanding of food preparation, vendor management, and cost control.
- Health and Safety Expertise: Familiarity with regulations and best practices in food handling.
