Hotel Group Sales Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities
- 2-5 years of sales experience in an upscale or luxury hotel setting
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales software
- Proven ability to generate revenue and achieve sales targets
- Proactively identify, solicit, and secure group business and maintain repeat clientele
- Create customized proposals (RFPs) tailored to client needs
- Conduct site visits and hotel tours for prospective clients
- Collaborate internally with the marketing team, culinary team, events team, and sales team
- Display strong written and verbal communication skills
