Insurance Producer Responsibilities:
- Establish new client relationships, sell insurance, and expand our client base
- Attend local Chamber mixers and professional events to build your network and drive sales
- Use sales software to manage client relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance
Insurance Producer Requirements:
- 1 Year of Sales Experience
- Current and Valid P&C Insurance License
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook; familiarity with sales software is a plus
- Self-motivated, patient, and able to manage rejection with a positive attitude
Insurance Producer Compensation and Benefits:
- Base hourly wage plus uncapped COMMISSION!
- Base Salary: $50,000/year
- Bonus: Earned monthly based on production tiers
- Qualification for Executive Level: Achieve $65,000+ in monthly production for 3 consecutive months
- Regular working hours with flexibility (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
