CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Precision Craftsmanship: Create top-notch, intricate metal parts from detailed blueprints.
- Program Expertise: Skillfully interpret, tweak, and enhance CNC programs.
- Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and other equipment to meet tight tolerances.
- Creative Solutions: Use your metalworking and machining know-how to improve processes.
- Self-Directed: Work independently while pushing for ongoing advancements.
CNC Machinist Requirements:
- Technical Talent: Strong ability to read engineering drawings, use AutoCAD, and program CNC machines.
- Skilled Hands: 2–4 years of experience with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis mills and/or lathes.
- Proactive Mindset: Ready to work solo and handle routine maintenance with ease.
CNC Machinist Pay and Benefits:
- Great Pay: Earn up to $55K annually.
