We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Operations to lead and oversee multiple locations of our family-owned fast food franchise.
Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities:
- Lead and support multi-unit restaurant operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective cost control and strategic planning.
- Develop and mentor restaurant managers to enhance leadership and performance.
Restaurant Director of Operations Qualifications:
- Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, preferably in the QSR or fast-casual segment.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention.
- Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, P&L oversight, and cost control.
