A private family estate in Johnson City, TX, is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Housekeeper to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards. This position is strictly focused on housekeeping, with some flexibility to assist as needed. On-site accommodations are available Monday through Friday if desired.

The ideal candidate has experience in private households or luxury hospitality, demonstrating a strong work ethic, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping & Organization: Ensure all residences on the estate are impeccably maintained through daily and deep cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Linen & Laundry Care: Launder, press, and properly store household linens, including bedding and towels.
• Guest Readiness: Prepare guest suites and ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor, restock, and organize cleaning supplies and linens.
• Event Support: Assist with setup and post-event cleanup as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the House Manager to ensure seamless household operations.
• Professional Standards: Adhere to best practices in housekeeping, maintain discretion, and respect the family's privacy at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of five years in a private residence or high-end hospitality setting.
• Attention to Detail: Strong cleaning and organizational skills, with a commitment to excellence.
• Professionalism: Maintains discretion, a polished demeanor, and a service-minded approach.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $20 – $30 per hour, DOE.
• Housing: Optional weekday accommodations (Monday–Friday); must reside offsite on weekends.
