Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in full-service, casual to upscale scratch kitchen management with a seafood focus
  • Hands-on management style that fosters teamwork and accountability
  • Comfortable working in an exposed kitchen while maintaining professionalism
  • Proven ability to connect with customers and enhance guest satisfaction with some FOH experience
  • Strong background in P&L management and driving profitability
  • Skilled in hiring, managing, and mentoring teams
  • Dedicated to upholding culinary, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Committed to professional and personal growth
