We are searching for an Upscale Dining Sous Chef who will be responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the kitchen. We are committed to a positive and inclusive company culture and impeccable guest service with scratch cooking.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Manages line cooks in their duties and is an active player on the time
- Train, manage, and coach the culinary team
- Take initiative in preparing for private dining and off-site dining events
- Be a leader in a high-volume scratch kitchen committed to quality ingredients and presentation
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Tournant
- Scratch cooking experience in a high-volume and/or upscale dining setting
- Commitment to inclusivity and respect for all team members
- Ability to perform essential job functions under pressure and maintain professionalism
