Corporate Markets Attorney Benefits & Compensation:

  • Base salary: $140k – $225k depending on experience
  • Generous bonus potential

Corporate Markets Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • JD and barred anywhere in the US
  • 2+ years of experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Securities, Complex Financial Transactions.
  • Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing M&A deals
  • Draft and review transactional documents
  • Conduct legal due diligence and assess transaction risks.
  • Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with clients, internal teams, bankers, and opposing counsel.
  • Provide ongoing legal support to corporate and private equity portfolio companies.
