Qualifications:
· 2+ years of AGM/GM experience in an upscale, scratch kitchen environment
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Passion for delivering top-notch hospitality
· P&L Knowledgeable
· Commitment to professional and personal growth
· Hands-on, team-oriented, and a problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities:
· Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
· Oversee daily operations to ensure excellence in service and food quality
· Support financial performance, including sales growth and cost control
· Maintain high standards in cleanliness, safety, and compliance
· Drive guest satisfaction and community engagement
· Assist with marketing and local outreach initiatives
