We are looking for an Assistant Clubhouse manager to join our team! The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen attention to detail in managing both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes operations. The Assistant Manager will also support the Clubhouse Manager in planning and coordinating events, handling member inquiries, and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are met.

Assistant Clubhouse Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the clubhouse
  • Supervise and train staff members
  • Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Coordinate events and ensure smooth operation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse
  • Support the House Manager with budgeting, inventory, and scheduling

Assistant Clubhouse Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Club/Resort or Hotel management.
  • Some beer and wine knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership ability and team management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
